Ingredients:
- 1 pack of potato chips – Oman Chips or any Ali Shaihani potato chips of your choice
- 100g cream cheese - softened
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 spring onion - sliced
- 1 jalapeño pepper or green chili - diced
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese - shredded
- ¼ cup shredded fried chicken if you prefer
- Small bunch of coriander leaves - finely chopped
Method:
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and beat it using an electric or hand mixer, until smooth.
- Add in the ranch seasoning and sour cream and mix it to blend together.
- Next, add the spring onion, chili, cheese and shredded fried chicken.
- Refrigerate the dip for an hour or until it is chilled.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves just before serving the dip with your choice of potato chips.
