The products are manufactured under strict compliance with Oman and international standards, at its state-of-the-art plant, with equipment imported from USA, UK, and Germany. Quality is ensured even in the process of selecting ingredients from local markets as well as other parts of the world.

The products as well as the factories undergo several stages of regular inspection by the authorities from Municipalities, the Directorate of Specification and Measurements at the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour, Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Environment and the Department of Civil Defence of the Royal Oman Police. Also, frequent samplings of the products are undertaken by concerned authorities, which is over and above the Group’s in-house quality control mechanisms and in-built systems to check various stages of production.

As every snack food product package proudly claims, Ali Shaihani Group is a member of SNAC International (formerly The Snack Food Association, SFA - an international trade association of the snack food industry representing snack manufacturers and suppliers), and ESA (European Snack Association - Europe's only trade organization dedicated to advancing the savoury snacks industry on behalf of member snack manufacturers and suppliers).
